Kinder Zoo at the Manila Zoo

Kinder Zoo

Smile, Play, and Learn – that’s what the Kinder Zoo promised every person, young or old, when they get to experience this zoo inside the Manila Zoo.
So what really made the Kinder Zoo different from Manila Zoo? Here in the Kinder Zoo, anyone can roam around freely and interact with the animals inside. Children can play with tamed animals at the same time, learn about them and their environment.

The Kinder Zoo features different attractions and animal from all over the world like Butterfly Dome, Exotic Birds Aviary, Koi Pond, Philippine Mouse Deer House, Petting Zoo, Turtle Pond, Party Barn, Playground, Hanging Bridge, Flamingo Pond. Animals inside include Exotic Birds, Pot Belly Pigs, Miniature Animals, Kayman Crocodiles, Peacocks and Peahen Ducks, Chickens from around the world, Rabbits, Snakes, Ostriches, and Sulcata Tortoises.

Aside from these attractions, the Kinder Zoo accepts any kinds of parties for all occasions which can be held at the Kinder Zoo Party Barn. Now parents may choose to celebrate a different kind of party for their kid’s birthday or baptismal.

The only thing I don’t like about getting inside this zoo is the paying an entrance fee to get inside the Manila Zoo and paying again an entrance fee for the Kinder Zoo.

Manila Zoo

The Manila Zoo and the Kinder Zoo are nothing more than concentration camps for animals. The animals "live" like inmates in tiny cages; some in extreme and total isolation. For example, Mali the elephant and Sisi the orangutan live alone despite the fact that they are highly social and intelligent animals. As a result, Mali exhibits mental illness which is seen in her walking the same steps over and over again. These animals have committed no crimes, yet they have been sentenced to solitary confinement without parole; this is shameful.
