I know it’s not yet summer but I want to talk about one of our family’s favorite things to do during those days.
Laguna has always been an option when it comes to family outing. Basically, it’s very accessible from Manila, and we don’t need to book a flight just to be there. Not to mention, it’s fairly cheaper and we could rent an entire house with a pool for our private use. The hot and humid climate during summer made us wanting to dip in water all the time and sometimes, even without meticulous planning, family or friends take a road trip to Laguna. Our family would enjoy an entire day of swimming, barbecue, and singing at our own privacy. Most of the private resorts in Laguna have complete amenities like cable television, billiard table, and videoke. For bigger resorts, some normally has function rooms which could be used for companies who chose to do seminars, team building or parties there.
Here’s a partial list of Private Hot Spring Resorts in Laguna. I am constantly updating this list so it’s easier to check with them first their latest rate (I think it also varies during peak and off-peak season) and availability before going to the place.
