I just flew from cebu through this airline and checked-in late, they did not allow me to check in because I was late for the 10.20 flight, I came at 10.06 to check-in. Turns out that someone in the 12.05 flight requested to be seated in the 10.20 flight and he was just right in front of us and he was given priority. Cebu Pac's check-in counter opens up 2 hours before flight so I supposed he just checked-in at about 10.05.
